MSU Alumni HSV/Decatur

We haven't had an alumni viewing party for our basketball team all season ... It's about time we have one! State's next ESPN game is on Saturday, February 27th, at 5pm against South Carolina. This is an away game and South Carolina is doing well so our Bulldogs need all the good-fan-thoughts they can get. I don't know about you, but they always do better when I am watching them live. :-) (Sorry, my internet signal cut out for overtime against Kentucky, otherwise we would have won!!!)

If you're looking for a little Bulldog activity this weekend, the MSU Hockey team is playing in Decatur this weekend at the Point Mallard Ice Complex. They are playing at 10:00 PM Friday and Saturday nights.

It is that time of year for our winter community service project, MSU Volunteer Night at the Huntsville Botanical Gardens Galaxy of Lights on Friday, December 11. Come out and support your fellow bulldogs; food and drinks will be provided. If you would like to volunteer please email miss.state.dawg.al@gmail.com, miss.state.dog.al@gmail.com, or msu.bulldog.al@gmail.com. Galaxy of Lights runs from 5:30 – 9:00PM, you do not work have to work the whole time. If you have not worked the Galaxy of Lights, we work in 30 – 45 minute shifts. We work as cashiers, car counters, and traffic control.

Mark your calendars now for the 2009 alumni band festivities Saturday, Oct. 10, as the Bulldogs take on Houston! This year, alumni band members are invited to sit in the stands and play during the game. All band alumni are invited to come enjoy the game and renew old friendships.
